Enterprise is one of four ModuleX plans: Free, Pro, Max, and Enterprise. For the full side-by-side comparison of allowances and limits, see Plans & pricing. For why teams choose ModuleX, see ModuleX for enterprise.
What you get with Enterprise
Everything in Max, plus the capabilities below.Single sign-on (SSO / SAML)
Let your team sign in through your identity provider instead of managing
individual ModuleX logins.
Self-hosted deployment
Run ModuleX in your own environment rather than on the shared ModuleX cloud.
Custom rate limits & credits
Negotiated rate limits and credit allowances sized to your usage, instead of
the fixed paid-plan tiers.
Per-seat licensing
Add as many teammates as you need; Enterprise has no fixed seat cap.
Dedicated support
A dedicated Slack channel with the ModuleX team, instead of community or
email support.
Hands-on onboarding
Guided onboarding to get your organization set up and running.
How Enterprise compares
These rows are what change between the paid plans and Enterprise. Free, Pro, and Max use the fixed values shown on Plans & pricing; Enterprise replaces them with negotiated values.Credit and rate-limit figures above come from the ModuleX plan configuration. “Custom” means the limit is set per organization as part of your agreement; on Enterprise, allowances and rate limits are configured rather than capped at a fixed tier. For how credits and limits work, see Credits & metering and Usage gating & limits.
Single sign-on
Single sign-on (SSO), including SAML, lets people on your team sign in to ModuleX through your own identity provider. It is available on the Enterprise plan only. The specific identity providers, provisioning flow, and setup steps are covered on the dedicated page.Deployment & SSO
Identity provider options, self-hosted versus cloud, and provisioning details.
The exact list of supported identity providers and the SAML configuration steps are not yet pinned in these docs. Until they are confirmed, treat SSO setup specifics as TBD and confirm scope with the ModuleX team during onboarding.
Self-hosted deployment
Self-hosting lets you run ModuleX inside your own environment instead of on the shared ModuleX cloud. It is an Enterprise-only option, typically chosen by teams with data-residency or infrastructure-control requirements. Deployment topology, infrastructure requirements, and the managed-versus-self-hosted trade-offs live on Deployment & SSO. For how ModuleX secures data and credentials in either model, see Data security & encryption and the Security overview.Self-hosting requirements (supported infrastructure, sizing, and the operational responsibilities you take on) are not yet documented here. Treat these specifics as TBD and confirm them with the ModuleX team.
Seats and team size
Paid ModuleX plans are built for shared work — you invite teammates into your organization and collaborate on workflows in real time.- Pro and Max are licensed per seat, with no fixed seat cap. Your subscription quantity tracks the number of active members in your organization.
- Enterprise is also per-seat and has no fixed cap, sized to your team as part of your agreement.
- Free is for individual use, with a small seat allowance.
ModuleX organization roles are owner and admin. The earlier
member role has been retired. Composer, the Assistant, schedules, and billing actions require an owner or admin. See Roles & permissions.Support
Each plan comes with a different level of support:Free — Community
Community support.
Pro — Discord

Max — Email + Discord
Email and Discord community support.
Enterprise — Dedicated
A dedicated Slack channel with the ModuleX team.
What’s included, and what to verify
Some Enterprise-adjacent capabilities are surfaced in ModuleX but their exact scope is still being confirmed for the docs. We list them here so you know to confirm details with sales rather than assume.Audit logs
Audit logs
Audit logs are listed across all paid plans. The precise events captured,
retention, and export options are not yet pinned in these docs — treat the
detail as TBD and confirm scope with the ModuleX team.
Advanced analytics
Advanced analytics
Advanced usage and analytics are listed for Max and Enterprise. The exact
metrics and dashboards are not yet documented here — treat the detail as
TBD.
Compliance & certifications
Compliance & certifications
ModuleX’s compliance posture is covered separately. Do not assume specific
certifications from this page — see the dedicated pages and confirm anything
contractual with the ModuleX team.See Trust & compliance, Compliance,
and Sub-processors.
How to engage sales
Enterprise plans are sales-led, so the first step is a conversation. There is no self-serve checkout for Enterprise — attempting to start one returns a message directing you to contact sales.1
Gather your requirements
Note your team size, whether you need self-hosting or SSO, and any custom
rate-limit or credit needs. Team-size brackets the ModuleX team works with
are roughly 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, and 200+.
