What “ModuleX Enterprise” means
ModuleX is an AI workflow orchestration platform. You build AI workflows with natural language or a visual canvas, connect the tools you already use, and run those workflows from chat, the API, or the SDKs. “Enterprise” is the top of the four tiers — Free, Pro, Max, and Enterprise. Calling it the “Enterprise edition” is shorthand for the same platform configured for larger teams: the capabilities that smaller teams do not need are switched on, and the numbers that smaller teams hit as limits become custom.Same platform
Workflows, the AI Composer, the Assistant, knowledge and RAG, integrations, and the SDKs are the same across every tier. Enterprise adds capabilities and removes ceilings — it does not change what ModuleX is.
For organizations at scale
The Enterprise tier is positioned “for organizations at scale” — teams that need to invite many people, run large-scale operations, and operate ModuleX under their own governance.

Free, Pro, and Max are self-serve. Enterprise is the one tier you arrange with the ModuleX team, because the limits, deployment, and support are tailored to you.
There is no separate “Enterprise” download, login, or product to learn. If you already know how to build and run a workflow in ModuleX, you already know ModuleX Enterprise. The difference is in deployment, scale, sign-on, and support — not in how the product works day to day.
How Enterprise differs from the other tiers
Every tier shares the same core: workflows, the AI Composer, the Assistant, knowledge and RAG, the full integration catalog, and the JavaScript and Python SDKs. What changes at the Enterprise tier is who can run it where, how much it can do, and how you are supported.Self-hosted deployment

SSO and SAML
Single sign-on with SAML is an Enterprise-only capability, so your team signs in through your identity provider. Lower tiers do not include SSO or SAML.
Custom limits and credits
Credits, run rates, API rate limits, and storage are fixed allowances on Free, Pro, and Max. On Enterprise they are custom — sized to your usage rather than capped at a tier number.
Dedicated support
Lower tiers are supported through community and email channels. Enterprise adds dedicated support, including a dedicated Slack channel and hands-on onboarding.
What the Enterprise tier includes

ModuleX lists audit logs across all tiers in its plan comparison, but a per-tier entitlement that gates audit logs could not be confirmed in the product configuration, so treat audit-log behavior as TBD until verified. For everything ModuleX could not yet confirm, see known limitations.

Brand and naming
ModuleX is the name of the product and the brand. Using the name correctly matters most in two places: in your own documents and contracts, and when you refer to the company behind the product.ModuleX — the brand
ModuleX is the product and brand name, written as one word with a capital M and a capital X. Use “ModuleX Enterprise” for the top tier — never a standalone “Enterprise” product, because Enterprise is a tier of ModuleX, not a separate product.
ModulexAI, LLC — the company
ModulexAI, LLC is the legal entity that operates the Service, a Delaware limited liability company. You will see “ModulexAI” as the legal name in metadata and in the copyright line. In legal and procurement documents, the company is ModulexAI, LLC; the product is ModuleX.

ModuleX’s brand voice is plain, specific, and confident. The product avoids buzzwords such as “streamline,” “seamless,” “empower,” and “innovative.” When you describe ModuleX Enterprise in your own materials, the clearest framing is the truest one: it is ModuleX, at enterprise scale.
